FREE SHIPPING?

International shipping is FREE for all orders USD50 and above (after any discount codes). Free shipping for ALL orders shipping within Singapore. The mode of free shipment is Standard Shipping with NO tracking number and is not trackable. Delivery time will depend largely on customs and local postal network processing time in your country of residence.

WHERE DO WE SHIP FROM AND HOW?

We are based in and ship out of Singapore. All orders are processed and shipped by Singapore Post. Please do kindly note that shipments may be delayed due to public holidays, local customs administration and other unforeseen circumstances. We will also not bear responsibility for any customs duties or import taxes where applicable in your country of receipt. 

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING TO MY COUNTRY?

We have simplified shipping down to 3 Zones below:

ZONE 1 (Singapore)

  • FREE Standard Shipping on all orders (regardless of amount)
  • Registered Shipping with tracking number: 1 to 2 straps USD2, 3 straps & above USD4
ZONE 2 (Asia, excluding Japan)
  • FREE Standard Shipping (without tracking) on all orders above USD50
  • Standard Shipping: USD4 (1 to 2 straps), USD6 (3 straps and above)
  • Registered Shipping with tracking number: Additional USD2 to above rates.
ZONE 3 (Rest of the world; The Americas, Europe, The Middle East, Africa, Oceania & Japan)
    • FREE Standard Shipping (without tracking) on all orders above USD50
    • Standard Shipping: USD6 (1 to 2 straps), USD8 (3 straps and above)
    • Registered Shipping with tracking number: Additional USD2 to above rates

    STANDARD SHIPPING VS REGISTERED SHIPPING: WHY SHOULD ONE PAY MORE? 

    With Registered Shipping, you get a peace of mind by paying USD2 more and being able to track your order at any point after we have fulfilled it. Singapore Post (the partner shipping company we are using) will also cover up to a maximum liability of USD50 for any loss of Registered shipping articles. 

    "MY STRAPS HAVE NOT ARRIVED YET, WHAT SHOULD I DO?"

    All orders are shipped out within 4 to 5 working days from date of order (We're a small team so do bear with us!). For all orders by Standard Shipping, we take a video of us dropping off the package into the mailbox as proof of delivery which you can request for via email. Unfortunately, what happens beyond that point is not within our control. Packages get delayed for a variety of reasons as explained above. Without a tracking number, we are regretfully unable to provide specific information as to the whereabouts of your package. We would recommend you to sit tight and check with your local postal service if they have more information. Typically, orders should reach you within a month from the date of purchase. We will not be held responsible for any tampered or lost packages.

     We highly recommend you to opt for Registered Shipping for that peace of mind.
