All orders are packed and fulfilled within 4 to 5 days of receipt. (We seek your kind understanding as we are a small 2-man team!) 

The table serves as an approximate of international transit times. Actual transit time depends largely on customs clearance and processing time of your local postal authority.

If your order hasn't arrived after the estimated transit times, it may be due to:

- Hold backs by your local customs

-  Delays in processing by your local postal authority

- Peak shipping season delays (e.g. Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Year's Day) 

Although we would like for all orders to reach our customers promptly, there will be less than ideal scenarios. When delays do occur, we'd appreciate your patience to wait it out at least 1.5 months (after fulfillment date ) as a rule of thumb. Thereafter, we will engage Singapore Post or DHL (depending on the courier chosen) to look into the package status. After investigation concludes and your package is declared lost in transit, we will send out a replacement to you at the earliest opportunity. 

Duration of investigation:
1. DHL Express: Usually 1-3 days; and investigation can start any time.
2. Singapore Post: Up to 2 months; investigation can only commence at least 18 business days after fulfillment date.

Returns and exchanges

- Although this is under constant review, we currently do not accept returns/exchange requests once orders are fulfilled.
